Te Riingi marae (also known as Mahuhu ki te Rangi) is within the Tautoro Valley, south of Kaikohe. It is one of two standing marae in Tautoro Valley that belong to Ngāti Rangi and Ngāti Moerewa hapū of Ngāpuhi (the other being Te Maata).
Mahuhu ki te Rangi marae embodies the maunga Tautoro and Kereru River. Its wharenui, also called Mahuhu ki te Rangi, is hall style, typical of marae throughout Te Tai Tokerau. The wharekai is Puhikairarunga.
