Te Rangatapu

Te Rangatapu marae is located in Ōhawe, on the banks of the Waingongoro River. Its principal hapū are Inuāwai, Kanihi and Ōkahu of the iwi Ngāruahine.

The wharenui is named Aorangi. The marae connects ancestrally to the waka Aotea, the maunga Taranaki and the awa Waingongoro.
