Raupunga Te Huki marae is located just off State Highway 2 in Raupunga, 35 km west of Wairoa. Its principal hapū is Ngāti Pāhauwera of Ngāti Kahungunu.
The marae connects ancestrally to the maunga Haruru, the awa Mohaka and the waka Takitimu. The image here is of the whare tupuna Hineringa and Te Huki that existed on the site until they were destroyed by fire in April 2007.
