Parihaka Pa is located south of Kaikohe, off State Highway 12 along Te Irenga Road, in close proximity to Te Iringa marae.
Its principal hapu are Ngāti Hinemutu and Ngāti Tautahi of the iwi Ngapuhi. The wharenui is also called Parihaka.
