Kaitoki marae is located 5 km south of Dannevirke. Its primary hapū are Ngāti Pakapaka and Ngāti Te Rangiwhakaewa of Rangitāne.
The wharenui is the Kaitoki Memorial Hall. The marae connects ancestrally to the awa Manawatū and the Kurahaupō waka.
