Rangiāhua marae is located in Rangiāhua, west of Frasertown on the road to Lake Waikaremoana. Its principal hapū is Ngāi Tamaterangi of Ngāti Kahungunu iwi.
The wharenui is called Te Poho o Tamaterangi. The marae connects ancestrally to the waka Takitimu and the awa Waiau.
