Nukuhau Pā, also known as Rauhoto marae, is located in Taupo, 200 m west of the mouth of the Waikato River on the corner of Piritoi Street and Morrison Street. The primary hapū are Ngāti Rauhoto and Ngāti Te Urunga of the iwi Ngāti Tūwharetoa.
The wharenui is called Rauhoto and the wharekai is Te Urunga. The marae connects ancestrally to the roto Taupō and the awa Waikato.
