Rāhiri

Rāhiri marae is located 35 km south of Whakatane. The primary hapū is Ngāti Rere of Ngāi Tūhoe.

The whare tipuna is named Rāhiri o te Rangi. Rāhiri connects ancestrally to the Mataatua waka, the maunga Maungapōhatu and the awa Tauranga.
