Hurunuiorangi marae is located in Gladstone, approximately 20 km south of Masterton.
The wharenui is called Hurunui-o-Rangi. The marae connects ancestrally to the waka Takitimu (with affiliations also to Kurahaupō), and Maungarake and the awa Ruamahanga and Taueru.
